RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost to our warehouse. Once we receive and approve the returned item, a full refund will be issued. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as single-use items like screen protectors. All other products can be returned without issue, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria. If you have questions about your item, feel free to contact us.
Please note: returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale or for gift cards.
EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unused, with original tags and packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
