Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.


How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at contact@ CaseZify.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

All returns must be shipped to:

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. We’ll assess the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, or sale items. If you're unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order for the replacement product.


EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be in unused condition, with its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
